Blue Chickens...

This is "Levi"

My Blue-laced-red-Wyandotte cockerel.

Levii is the "Splash" version of the BLRW.
Isn't he awesome?

Above and below are photos of my Splash, BLRW hen

I love the deep, brick red color of her lacing!

My "big blue chickens" (that's what I call them)
are almost as big as the Buff Orpingtons now.

But I've got a batch of blue babies ready to move out to the chicken barn later this week!

OMG!
They are just the CUTEST things!!!

You just HAVE to love those
Blue Chickens!

  8. Hi. some one dropped a chicken off in front of my house. i have been feeding her and she roosts in my car port. i love her. how much feed should i give her a day? also, she is not beautiful like your girls, she is scrawny and black and grey and has horrible grey feet. do you know what kind that is? or some names i could look up? should get her a friend. right now she hangs out with the cat. thank you. i love your sheep blog too. bluebonnye1961@yahoo.com
