The Hen Motel...


No time to post but I just HAVE to show you this:


It's my new nest boxes!
I got it from a friend who was moving into town.
In the top photo, I only have the roosting board down on the middle row.
That's also the only row that I put shavings in.
So far. 
;-)

I'm going to replace the boards for roosting on with new ones
but other than that it's good to go.


The hens seem to LOVE it!
I'm getting eggs in all five boxes that have shavings. and they've quit climbing in with the broodies to lay their eggs!
